2025-2026 Mentored Undergraduate Research in Public Health
- Phase 1: Conduct a comprehensive, systematic
review of the literature to identify the scope and breadth of research related to school mental
health interventions, focusing on the Midwest region - Phase 2: Conduct a small
qualitative study with key school stakeholders (e.g., teachers, support staff, administrators,
parents/guardians) to identify county-level mental health resources in Iowa middle schools
and identify potential gaps in service provision
